Ministries enable the church to fulfill its core mission of spreading the Gospel, while providing an avenue for members to actively participate in their faith, deepen their relationship with God, serve others, and effectively spread the Gospel. Ministries are compromised of individuals utilizing their diverse gifts and talents of within the congregation ultimately contributing to a healthier and more impactful church community.

Hearts of Love Mission Ministry

provide compassionate support and practical assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness within the community, often by offering food, clothing, shelter, counseling, and spiritual guidance, with the goal of helping them regain stability and dignity while sharing the Gospel message of hope and love.

Hospitality Ministry

We welcome all parishioners and guest with open arms and a smile to help brighten their day. We assist guest with information that is needed, we answer questions and reinforce the values and mission of Mount Zion. We serve with love, generosity and a genuine heart.

Men's Ministry

We are committed to provide strategic men's ministry opportunities that will grow men in our church and share Christ's love in tangible ways in our community.

We want to provide opportunities specifically for men and to fulfill God's five purposes in their lives of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and mission.

Usher Ministry

At Mount Zion, we are dedicated to making members and visitors alike feel comfortable. We serve with spiritual dignity throughout theervice and ensure orderliness and security. We understand that we are the first impression of the church and for that we cause we make sure that you see Christ shining ever so radiantly around about us.

Women's Ministry

Proverbs 31:25 shines a light on the strength and courage of women. It serves as a reminder that despite all the struggles and fears, women can always call upon their inner power to face whatever life may throw at them. With courage and dignity, they can persevere through even the most difficult of times. This scripture encourages us to rely on God to endow us with strength when we feel weak.

Youth & Young Adult

We aim to help youth and young adults develop their faith, identity, and community while connecting them to the church's mission.

Discipleship: Help young adults live out their faith in everyday life.
Identity development: Help young adults develop a sense of self.
Relationship development: Help young adults form relationships with others.
Community: Help young adults connect with a community of faith.
Service: Help young adults serve the community.
Leadership development: Help young adults develop leadership skills for the present and future.
